Shipping policy
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A ONE-WEEK DELAY. ALL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED WILL HAVE TRACKING INFO EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE.
Once your order has been dispatched, and details on how to track your order online have been emailed, we are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
USPS will need to be contacted regarding those delays and be responsible at that point. We have completed our due diligence in carefully packaging, delivering to the parcel service provider, and dispatching accurate tracking directly to the HTM client.
